成因：
1）在哭鬧或飲奶時吞下空氣，令空氣逗留在腸道內，造成脹氣及腹痛不適
2）進食產生氣體的食物
一些醫生認為，煩躁不安的寶寶會吞咽更多空氣（當他們哭泣和張開嘴呼吸的時候），這最終會導致脹氣。 所以，如果您的寶寶在哭鬧，並且看起來很不舒服，請記住以下研究已表明有效的技巧：
1）透過抱他散步或者來回搖晃來撫慰您的寶寶。
2）讓寶寶趴在您的腿上，肚子朝向地面，然後揉搓他的背。
3）把一條暖（但不燙）毛巾放在寶寶的肚子上。
